- Aboriginal Affairs Victoria (AAV)
Aboriginal Affairs Victoria (AAV) is the Victorian Government's central point of advice on all aspects of Aboriginal affairs in Victoria. This policy advice may relate to services provided by other State Government agencies, Commonwealth departments, and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC), or to services delivered within the Aboriginal community. AAV is often the first point of call by members of the Aboriginal community and its organisations requiring information on a wide range of issues.

- Aboriginal Employment Strategy
This is one of a number of initiatives that focus on increasing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the mainstream labour market to achieve equity with other Australians in the rates and levels of permanent employment. It is an initiative of the Department of Education, Training and Youth Affairs (http://www.deet.gov.au/) and the Western Australia University and details a successful strategy for setting up sustainable job opportunities for Indigenous Australians.

The themes section of the site provides the opportunity to explore Indigenous related issues.
- Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
A comprehensive statement of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's principles of Indigenous employment, education and training aimed at increasing Indigenous participation in the business sector. The site includes a full statement of the Chamber's Indigenous Employment Policy as it relates to apprenticeships, skills training and small business development and opportunities.
- Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies
The Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre aims to foster the development of leadership ability and skills of Indigenous people; conduct educational and experiential courses and seminars in leadership and professional development; develop materials for education and training in leadership; promote Indigenous leadership skills and ability; and create forums for Indigenous people to share ideas, experience and skills. The site maintains a national register of trainers, presenters and mentors to assist individuals and companies with leadership and capacity building issues.

- Indigenous Online Network
This site provides a one-stop shop for Indigenous Australians and other Australians who wish to know more about Indigenous resources in the higher education sector. It aims to improve Indigenous Australians' access to and participation in higher education opportunities and to enhance and foster communications amongst Indigenous academics, scholars and the general public. It also seeks to develop a network which improves on-line access to Indigenous higher education informational bases. It has a very useful link to graduate employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians.

This Australian Broadcasting Commission site addresses issues such as respecting the customs of the people or community you are working with; being aware that different communities have their own protocols that should be followed and how to communicate in a way that's relevant to them. This site provides up-to-date information about a wide range of practical resources for allied health professionals and carers working with Indigenous people with disabilities living in remote areas of Australia. Although the site is primarily oriented towards remote area living, it contains a wealth of practical advice for meeting special needs.
