Managing Diversity@Work

Do you know how to create and sustain an inclusive workplace where all employees can contribute to their full potential?

Demographic trends, skilled labour shortages and legislative changes all mean that employers need to tap into new and diverse sources of labour to remain sustainable. Attracting, recruiting and retaining people from diverse backgrounds is increasingly becoming a business imperative for all sectors.

This training package has been developed to assist managers and employees move from awareness of the importance and benefits of workplace diversity to a deeper understanding of human difference and to develop the tools to act on that understanding.

During this program, participants will take part in group discussions and interactive skill-building activities to develop practical skills for negotiating difference in their workplace. Barriers to diversity and inclusion will be discussed and concerns identified and addressed. Strategies will be developed around implementing, managing and leveraging workplace diversity.

This package can also be delivered to assist whole teams to work together and harness their collective and diverse talents.
