"Diversity & Inclusion", the new catch phrase but what does it really mean?
This program introduces participants to the concepts of diversity and inclusion and the many elements that constitute human diversity. It provides an excellent introduction for those who wish to 'zoom in' on specific areas of interest such as disability, generational and cultural diversity.
The program also introduces the business case to diversity, some basic strategies on building an inclusive workforce and inspiring diversity champions.
This course is also a prerequisite for Leading Diversity@Work.
