Human Resource Management is one of the key business imperatives within any organisation. Present labour shortages, lack of skilled personnel, appropriate talent management and development of protocols to support staff retention are key issues for all Managers, HR Divisions and Recruitment services.
This program aims to provide participants with the essentials needed to create and develop a diverse workforce within your organisation. It will explore the business case to diversity and your individual business drivers for change.
More importantly, this program will provide participants with practical strategies on accessing diverse candidates from the "untapped market" and the tools to ensure an equitable and inclusive interview and assessment process. It will explore accessibility, reasonable adjustments, inherent requirements and workplace modifications.
The program will also look at inclusive policies and procedures and will provide practical techniques that can be used to support management and supervisors in developing inclusive teams which benefit from having diverse staff.
