“Old Farts and Upstarts?” - Generations@Work

There is a change in today's workforce based on differences in values, ambitions, views, mindsets, demographics and work styles...and much of this is as a result of generational differences.

This interactive and informative program will provide participants with an understanding of the generations: Generation Y, Generation X, the Baby Boomers and the Builders; and the importance of generational difference in the workplace. It will analyse each groups' attributes, values, leadership styles, learning and motivational approach and their methods of communication.

This program will provide strategies and practical tools to work with and address the different approaches and styles to ensure more effective communication, team building, decision making and staff retention.

This course will show how multiple generations can multiply your organisations success.

This program is set in a scene of colour and memorabilia from the last 100 years and includes Articles on significant events in the Australian Work History.
