Did you know that for an organisation to discharge its ‘Vicarious Liability' obligations under anti-discrimination legislation, its staff must undertake Equal Opportunity compliance training? Guidelines indicate that Equal Opportunity compliance training should be regular and current, and should occur upon induction of new staff and every two to three years.
This training program has been developed to enable participants to respond effectively and confidently to Equal Opportunity legislation requirements and related workplace behavioural issues.
