Discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation complaints can end up naming individual managers as well as an employer. Do you want to avoid being a party to a complaint or legal proceedings? The highest damages are awarded for victimisation, which managers must prevent whatever the outcome of a complaint. The worst results affect managers who don't handle complaints properly. Be prepared.

Don't wait for a complaint. Managers need to know the law and possess the skills to interpret and apply it properly. This workshop will familiarise you with the law and best practice, to manage the risk of it being broken, and through discussing some recent decisions and actual scenarios help you handle complaints and grievances in the best way, through case studies, observation and sharing experiences, with an acknowledged expert in the field.
