Mentoring and Executive Coaching

We can coach your managers or senior executives in diversity awareness or in areas of need specific to your organisational context.

We can provide mentoring on strategic diversity management or coaching in specific knowledge and skills to specialist staff.

Coaching helps our clients in three main ways:

  • It reinforces the learnings from training and ensures that staff use the new skills they have acquired in a training course;
  • It provides ongoing support for a manager or team member who is struggling in their role;
  • It provides support to correct or change specific behaviours which may be damaging to the team or organisation.
  • All coaching programs are customised to suit your needs, and they can be offered in team or individual sessions.
