The Diversity DNA™ Helix and Map

The Diversity DNATM Model provides significant benefits for any organisation wanting to increase their capacity to better manage diversity for competitive advantage. It can also be used as an audit, research and benchmarking tool.

Many organisations are involved in promoting diversity but few have a comprehensive framework to capture and measure their gains and provide information for productive diversity strategies.
