Mark Heaysman

Mark joined Diversity@Work as Group CEO in 2007 to refocus the organisation toward a future in which diversity at all levels of society will draw on local and international perspectives to create inclusive workplaces and communities. His belief in collaborative, mutually beneficial commercial relationships is the driving philosophy for the way Diversity@Work is being directed.

Mark has held Senior Executive and Director level roles within large multi-national organisations in Australia and South East Asia. In 2004 he opted to leave the corporate world and has been integral to the creation, planning and implementation of a number of community projects and initiatives in Australia and internationally, applying a strong commercial and strategic focus on the delivery of services and programs.

Mark currently hold positions in a number of companies and non for profit organisations as a member of their Diversity Councils assisting with strategic planning, linkages to global networks and implementation.
