Women Link Looks with Career Advancement
A recent survey of 2000 women in the UK found that:
- More than 50% of women believe that if they were more attractive, their career prospects would improve.
- Two thirds indicated they would consider having cosmetic surgery.
- Most women believed the media's fascination with celebrities was the cause of unrealistic expectations of women and their personal appearance.
