History of the Awards
This is the eighth year of the Diversity@work Awards.
Started in 2001 as a celebration of workplace diversity, the Awards are now a major national event on the corporate calendar. Last year the awards also included a theme of celebrating culture with a wonderful blend of music and food from many cultures from around the world. This year the awards will recognise the connection between diversity, inclusion and human rights. This will be the biggest event in the history of the Awards.
Judging
The Diversity@Work Awards are judged by an independent panel with expertise in various aspects of diversity. The panels are comprised of individuals from corporate and academic backgrounds.
The judges for this year will be announced over the coming months together with some handy hints and suggestions for the nominees on the judging process and what will help you make the finals.
