Suzi Finkelstein
Suzi has a valuable blend of experience, bringing together general management, learning, development and consulting across a number of sectors.
The majority of her activities relate to education, a passion for her, she comes from a teaching background where she influenced and created change with curriculum, community engagement and awareness. Future roles enabled her to extend her understanding and skills on educating students and engaging the community to adult learning, development and management.
Suzi’s responsibilities have included Project Management, Training Management and developing and delivering highly successful Corporate Social Responsibility programs. She has facilitated and created forums that brought together key partners from different health, community and education fields. These forums resulted in cross-sectoral events, a new initiative resulting in a developmental model.
Roles have included recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management. Suzi has been contracted to many consulting organisations assisting clients with organisational and cultural change, process management and leadership competencies. Training has covered the management, instructional design and coordination of training projects, both for internal staff learning teams and for the corporate, education, government and community sectors.
Suzi’s passion for life-long learning is evident in her delivery of training programs. She has an innate understanding of adult learning needs and ensures all participants feel valued, satisfied that their needs have been met and stakeholder’s expectations exceeded. This is underpinned by her strong presentation and facilitation skills with a natural flair for engaging her audience.
