Recruitment linkage programs

We work with employment providers to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities. We do this by training and preparing job seekers and supporting managers and human resources personnel with inclusion processes.

An example of our recruitment linkage program is our Call-Centre Linkage Program.

This program provides corporate recruitment drives with eligible and trained candidates from Job Network members for inbound call centre work.

The job-ready job seekers undertake two weeks of intensive customer service and call centre training based on the competencies for the Certificate II in Customer Contact and the employer's specific recruitment competencies.

Diversity@work puts forward for interviews only those candidates who successfully complete training and pass assessments.
