We can help through our effective alternative process to costly litigation.

The best place to resolve an issue and prevent its escalation is in the workplace. The Diversity Help Line was designed to minimise the risk of complaint escalation. Our service provides an easy point of access to a wealth of experience from diversity practitioners and equal opportunity specialists and if required, qualified legal advice. Our unique national service can assist in the response to and resolution of complaints related to workplace behaviour in such areas as:

  • equal opportunity
  • discrimination
  • harassment
  • bullying
  • whistle blowing
  • ethics

We recognise that resolution of workplace conflict is one of the most sensitive and important issues for managers today. For the uninitiated, navigating a way forward toward complaint resolution involves risks. Without appropriate support, organisations face issues of conflict of interest and the very real threat of damaging and expensive litigation and accusations. Often the best results are obtained when an independent, experienced advisor can provide objective, probative, confidential advice and assistance to those involved in workplace conflict.

Using the Diversity Helpline offers numerous benefits.

  • We take the guesswork out of organisational responses and can provide unbiased and ongoing support through training and consultancy services.
  • We can provide access to specialist advice when required, and if required, independent investigators to identify business risks around workplace behavioural issues.
  • Monthly reports are provided to organisations complete with confidential and de-identified details of service demand and usage, trend analysis, and recommendations.
  • The Diversity Help Line can also contribute to your Diversity Program by providing an avenue for employees to put forward their ideas on how to improve workplace diversity.

The service incurs a flat monthly fee for unlimited access Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, with an out-of-hours message service.
