A motivated and successful Learning and Development Professional with over 15 years experience in education and training in VET and Higher Education. Donna demonstrates high level management skills in areas of delivery, coordination and the design of learning and development programs.

Her ability to build strong associations with key stakeholders in the public, community and corporate sectors enables her to have a keen understanding of industry trends, products and innovation.

Her previous management roles have included Department Head and Senior Educator of Learning and Teaching. These roles have seen Donna gain strong project management skills as well as a strong foundation in human resources. She has worked successfully on VET sector projects in both Sweden and Malaysia.

Donna holds a Graduate Diploma in Educational Management as well as Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment. She also has achieved Diplomas in both Tourism and Frontline Management.

Above all else, Donna is a passionate person who draws on her migrant background and strives to make a positive difference to those around her in both her professional and private life.
