Melissa Soh

Research and Development

Melissa has been heavily involved within the field of youth leadership both nationally and internationally since her days in university.

During this time she has worked within a variety of areas ranging from marketing, sales and human resource management to program development, training coordination and facilitation.

Her passion for leadership and experiences around seminars and training has taken her to the Philippines, Poland and Singapore as an Australian representative through AIESEC, the world's largest student run organisation.

Nationally, Melissa has developed training programs and facilitated at conferences for audiences varying from 20 to 200 delegates in size.

Currently in Research and Development, Melissa has conducted numerous community consultations nationally in both the government and not-for profit space with the intention of making organisations and communities more accessible and inclusive.
