Melissa Soh
Coordinator, Social Inclusion Unit
An enthusiastic and motivated individual, Melissa draws heavily upon her diverse cultural experiences having lived in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
Melissa has been passionately involved within the field of youth leadership both nationally and internationally since university, where she was an Australian representative through AIESEC, the world's largest student run organisation.
Melissa has undertaken research and project coordination and has conducted numerous community consultations nationally in both the government and not-for profit space with the intention of making organisations and communities more accessible and inclusive.
Her passion for recognising and celebrating diversity has led to her responsibilities in the annual Diversity@Work Awards, as both a Judging and Event Coordinator.
Currently Melissa works in the development and implementation of models that act as a conduit for the collaboration of diverse stakeholders in sustainable initiatives to improve social inclusion.
