The Diversity@Work Employment and Inclusion Awards will be held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on Friday 21 October 2011.

From its humble beginnings in 2000, the awards have grown every year and continue to be the leading event promoting and showcasing the very best of diversity and inclusion in Australian workplaces.

Award Categories

For 2011, there are nine award categories designed to recognise the evolution of thinking in the way organisations approach their diversity and inclusion strategies.

Seven of these awards relate to the employment and inclusion of specific sectors, plus the new Organisational and Individual Diversity Laureate Awards which provide special distinction to an organisation and an individual excelling across the full diversity spectrum.

Judging

The Diversity@Work Employment & Inclusion Awards are judged by an independent panel with expertise in various aspects of diversity. The panels are comprised of individuals from corporate and academic backgrounds.
