Community

As a social enterprise and in accordance with our vision to assist in building "great work places, strong organisations and a better world", Diversity@work is engaged with the community and provides a number of services to the public. One of our three key areas of activity is the promotion of workforce diversity. Under this category fall activities such as:

• The Diversity@work Awards, which recognise organisations and individuals that are leaders in the field of diversity and inclusion;
• Diversity Means Business, our publications highlighting best practice initiatives in the field of diversity and inclusion; and
• Just the Facts, our free fortnightly diversity e-bulletin.

We also participate in relevant peak bodies, advisory groups and committees, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Network of Victoria, the Work/Life Association, and the Leadership Plus Disability Leadership Roundtable.
